How to get into TeamLead
1. Response to the posted position
You can respond to our posted vacancies on the websites HH.ru or HabrCareer, or send your resume to us at Job@teamlead.com marked Response "Vacation name".
2. Interview with our HR
After the response, HR will contact you to find out about your professional experience, expectations from a new job, and also clarify the details of your resume.
3. Performing a test task
For some positions, HR will ask you to do a test task to evaluate your Hard skills and the level of stack ownership indicated in the vacancy. There is a clear deadline for completion. Our experts will evaluate the result and contact you.
4. Technical interview
The last important stage is a technical interview, we recommend that you pass it from a computer. The technical interview takes place online and lasts from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the position you are applying for. It is usually carried out by two people (team leader and head of department), they can ask for live coding, especially if there was no test task.
Typically, each candidate goes through one or two interviews. Depending on the project and department, we may first ask you to complete a test task, and then invite you to a general or technical interview with the manager and the team. Or vice versa, first the manager and the team will talk to you personally, and then we will offer to complete a test task.
