Sitting in the office in Taganrog in 2017, no one thought that in five years we would grow into an international company. And it all started with LemonAD - a project that would later become one of many under the wing of TeamLead.

On May 1, 2017, it became clear that it is difficult to do business without your own affiliate network. It was then that Maxim and his small team created TeamLead. All development was carried out in the technical department of the parent company, where our first LemonAD project was born. The emergence of new developments was only a matter of time.

The number of employees in TeamLead grew rapidly, until one day it became crowded within Taganrog: a modest office could not physically accommodate everyone who wanted to join a new promising company. Therefore, we decided to move to Krasnodar - a big city, which has a place to turn around. We moved quickly and recruited new people to the team.

New people means more productivity and our next project, Leadzone, was not long in coming. And the more interesting tasks, the more people willing to join. TeamLead attracted specialists from all over the country, there were not enough offices in one city, our branches opened in Stavropol and Nizhny Novgorod. Once a tiny development department has become a large long-distance company.

Every year the number of projects grew, there were not enough offices in the cities to accommodate those who wanted to work with us. We started experimenting with remote hiring. This allowed us not to be limited to the territory of Russia when selecting specialists for the team, we were able to hire employees abroad. We faced the pandemic, which decimated many business projects, fully armed - most of our colleagues were already working remotely.

During the mass self-isolation, when everyone was cutting staff, we were recruiting people. During the pandemic, the world around was changing so quickly that it was impossible to miss the chance. More and more projects went online, there were more opportunities. By the end of the year, the company had already implemented 11 projects.

By 2022, a small development department of five people has turned into a large company with offices in Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Stavropol and Mineralnye Vody. And yet, most of the employees work remotely. The ability to join us from anywhere in the world is our advantage. Today, TeamLead is an international company.
